What is a real man?

Sometimes I ask myself this question. What makes a real man?

Being rich? Being muscular? Able to be the sole-breadwinner of the family? Tall? Good-looking? Responsible? Caring? Able to protect?

Well, these are always questions that comes to my mind of what a real man is, however, these are actually the different roles played by man in the society today which does not potray what a real man is. So, what really makes a real man? A real man serves God's purpose that's why man was created first instead of woman because of purpose. God's purpose for man is because he wants us to be the foundation of the Earth, to be a provider, a protector, to communicate and teach, to take leadership and ownership and lastly to connect to God's presence. So guys out there we are not weak! We all have the potential to accomplish God's purpose for us.

Details!

Today, Joshua's going to touch on DETAILS, Haha. Alright listen carefully people, if you guys think that little details are not important, think again. A matter of fact, little details are very very important because God looks at the little things you do and the minor details also determines your destiny. I've always reminded myself to pay more attention on details but somehow I find it really tough to do so. Therefore, I will keep on trying my best and pay more attention to details!

Everything

This similar skit was also put up by very our ET zone drama team during Camp Phenomena and I found it better than the original, Haha. It is a really meaningful skit and as I watched it, thoughts just keep rushing through my mind. Hope you enjoy it!

Servanthood

Last week pastor preached about Servanthood, which I found very captivating. Pastor mentioned 3 values of Servanthood, which was the value of Invisible service, the value of Individual people and the value of Insignificant gifts and the value of Invisible service really impacted me a lot.

What is Invisible service? It is serving and doing little things for God and people even though nobody recognise what you have done, because serving is not about gaining fame or recognition but is out of Love. If you serve for gaining fame or recognition then soon you will get tired of serving God, but if you serve out of Love, God will recognise you and will eventually give you his glory. I made a choice to serve God no matter how big or small the task is and would never give up!

Jin Heng if you are reading this, this post is for you. Just want to tell you that the whole of W320 and I, misses you a lot and we still really care for you. I am very thankful for you, because without you, I won't be here standing today as I am today. Knowing you for close to 10 years already, I have already regarded you as a good brother to me and I thank you for bringing me to cell group, even though you told Amber and the rest that you had no friends but only neighbours,haha. Now our only hope is for you to come back and we will always be there by your side to care and help you when you're down.
